Bollywood diva Katrina Kaif is half Indian and half British as her father was from Kashmir, India and her mother was English. She was born in Hong Kong, 16 July 1984. One of the eight siblings, Katrina Kaif got a kick start in her career right in the age of 14 when she got modeling assignments for jewelery products. Before jumping into the Indian film industry she continued modeling in London and in year 2003 Katrina got her breakthrough in Bollywood with hindi film Boom. On the Indian soil Katrina got various modeling assignments from brands like LG, Lakme and Veet but the filmmakers were initially hesitant in offering her film roles due to the linguistic problems.
